Meet Dr. Nicole Luong

Thank you for visiting our website! As your dentist, my goal is to provide you with exceptional dental care that is tailored to your dental needs. My dental journey began in high school, where I graduated as Valedictorian of my class. I then attended Oregon State University and graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honor with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. I continued to pursue my passion for a career in dentistry at West Virginia University, where I completed my Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2000. During my time there, I worked with the internationally well known Dr. John Thomas, conducting my dental projects on vital probes and confocal scanning microscopy. My research work had been accredited in several international conferences and dental research.

About the Dr. Luong

After graduating from dental school, I practiced general dentistry in Portland, Oregon for over 20 years. I’ve enjoyed working and developing a lasting dentist-patient relationship with my patients and their families. I strive to listen to your dental goals and exceed your expectations! In my career, I find the aspect of being able to create and transform the beauty and function my patient’s smile the most rewarding. Over the years, I have been affiliated with many dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, Multnomah Dental Society, Washington Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Furthermore, I’m also committed to giving back to our community and volunteer with local charities, churches, and schools.

My passion for dentistry has driven me to take many continuing education courses every year my to enhance my skills and knowledge. I’ve attended many advanced and cosmetic courses across the country to stay current with the latest procedures and technologies. I firmly believe that continuing education and compassion are the keys in providing optimal patient care. I am committed to helping my patients achieving their dental goals and creating beautiful smiles that last! My legacy is to provide the highest quality of dentistry, where we can establish a lifelong dental relationship.

When not doing dentistry, I enjoy reading, walking, interior-design and spending time with my husband and our three children. We also have a rescued dog named Kohala and a cat named Koko.
